4-10-15 After late night shoot.

Unread postby Larry Gibson » Fri Apr 10, 2015 8:06 am

After the late night activities things appear to be low key this morning at 9:00 local time.
Shop crew has been outside servicing 463 earlier. Storage flat has been pulled outside of stall. Appears some of the movie equipment vehicles are over by depot. Train set still at the depot. Interesting to see if any movie related activities happen today.

About 11:30 local time 463 is at the ash pit and water tank. Then she heads for the coal dock. Later connects to train set at depot. Looks like some activity around train now.

Here's video of the morning activities. From shop to ash pit, water tank, coaling then hook up to the cars at the depot. Run time about 14 minutes total.

Train returned to the depot about 7:35 tonight. 463 now heading to reposition the two gondolas.

It's been a long three days for both locomotive and crew, fun to watch! I assume we'll have a quiet yard over the weekend, maybe next week we'll start seeing the other locomotives readied for the season ahead

Thanks Larry!! Nice 3 days of interesting moves completed. Harder to capture and document than normal operations schedule. Now to await the roll out of the 480s over the next month. Countdown is really on now:)
