Camera Email List

I am monitoring the cameras most of the day (while I'm at work) to make sure they're functioning correctly and that there are no network issues. Because of this, I can usually hear when there is activity in the yard.

I'm setting up an email distribution list for my friends to let them know when something is happening. If you'd like to be on this list, send me your email address (Admin@ColoradoNewMexicoSteamTrain.org)

*I make no promises that I'll catch everything. But, if I'm in my office and at my desk at the right time, I'll let everyone know.

I have hit the limit of my abilities to easily send mass-emails. So, I'm changing my procedure and will no longer be sending email alerts.

Going forward, I will send mass-private messages via the forum. When you receive the private message, you should receive an email notifying you. Then, log in to the forum, retrieve the message (top left, near "User Control Panel") and you'll see the alert. It's not as clunky as it sounds, but it may be a new process for some of you. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have.

For those of you that are not members of the Friends and don't have an account on the forum, this is further incentive to join us.
