Looks like a double-header with 463 helping today. Didn't see which K36 was the road engine.

Anyone know for sure?

I'll take an"educated" guess. 484. No plow and '88 is running out of time.
(So of course it'll be '88  )

Watching the switching this morning and diggin' that "hooter" on 463. My favorite though, is 489's whistle. I know it's not Rio Grande, but I like the low pitch.

Last night my 5 month old son flinched several times at 463's hooter. He got to watch 215 arrive for the first time. Of course, he had no idea what he was looking at, but it was loud and moving so it had his attention. Good times...

463 just moved back to the Round House. So, no double-header today.

I'm with you Jason, I was hoping for a double header as well. I havn't had a chance to thank everyone involved in bringing the cameras back on line. Thanks to all who worked so hard to get everything running again, you guys are deeply appreciated, everything looks great.

#463 is busy this week with the Advanced Engineer/Fireman School. Shortly after the regular train left this morning, the "students" assembled a short freight consist and headed out of town.

Thanks Edwin.

I'm saving my pennies to take that class some day. Can't imagine too many things better than getting to work on Rio Grande NG steam.
