: Two different splices have been made in the cabin frame of Derrick OP to remove rotted portions of the timbers.

Two questions: Can someone tell me exactly where the photo of the RPO restoration team was taken and is that 483's tender in the background? Thanks!

The RPO has been on a track in the swamp area. And yes, that is the tender for 483 behind the RPO.
