Is that Thomas in the engine house?

There seems to be a Blue and Red object in the right-hand stall of the engine house that seems to be jacked-up. Is that Thomas the Engine? If so, does anyone know what is going on?

It's Thomas but you're looking through the engine house to see it. It is outside behind the east bay (our left).
