Looks like 463 is sitting in front of the West stall of the engine house just waiting for a train to take.

George, it's 487; 463 is still tenderless and is likely not required for this year. Shame, as it would be great to see her attempt to haul a 17-coach train (I know realistially she can't).
Just a guy who loves steam.
