Still nothing from Chama from Wednesday, but here are some downloads from Tim in Antonito.

Work dismantling the Drop Bottom Gondola continues with removal of salvageable parts. The car is now inside the CRF:

Highlight of the day was the dedication of the Antonito Car Repair Facility (CRF) to our great, late Ed Lowarnce. Thanks, Ed!

Craig Kumler in Chama sent me a couple of photos of Tank Cars #12757,#13168, #12918. They scraped, primered and painted the running boards around each car.

Hope something shows up from Chama soon. It may simply be so hot there that everything melted.

Here's the dedication plaque for the Ed Lowrance Car Restoration Facility. It has some glare but it's OK. We'll try and get a better shot soon.

Love the plaque. This has really been done well. My hat is off to those that made it happen.
