Departure of train 216: 488 and 8 cars, it will be interesting to see if 216 picks up the Cresco as it stops at Cumbres.

I hope that 19 will get put inside the roundhouse. It sat outside all last summer and looks completely against character on a steam railroad!!

The bad news is I won't be at my home away from home, Chama, until the last week of June. Then I will be there for at least a month. The good news I will be staying at the Hotel and Shops, which is part of the whole Chama experience for me.
Thanks again for all of the work Sharon is doing and will be doing to bring us a complete report on the C&TSRR daily adventure, even if we miss the train times. :toys:

Well good and bad there Frank, look forward to seeing the 'waver' at work on my videos and stills.

The Cresco is still sitting at Cumbres so they must need to do some major work on it which will wait until after the holiday.

We may not have any audio from the tipple cam mic this afternoon. It is putting out a wicked 60 hertz hum and I have reported it to Jason.

Good Afternoon Sharon. If your using Chrome browser, right click on the speaker icon in the active tab and then left click on mute. The 60 cycle buzzing will disappear, but you also loose the audio signal on Depot cam. Reminds me of my youth, about this time I would be checking the ground on my radio. If that were not a problem, I would open the back of the radio, then thump the tubes and wiggle the wires, Who knew, maybe a rectifier tube was not seated properly. Then, I would pull the tubes, take them to Walgreens, and look for the culprit on their tube checker. How did you handle this situation in "those" days? I don't think there is a Walgreens in Chama.

Rick, I just mute each of the tipple cams so I keep the depot one.
