Looks to me, from the depot cam, that the tenders have been moved down by the roundhouse.

It is good to see Locomotive #463 back on the yard tracks, even though she is not moving under her own power. Not noticeable at first, Diesel #15 is hauling 463 around the yard. Be patient, these guys are not in a hurry. I wonder where #15 deposited Locomotive #463. You will notice at 3:08 that Sharon's tenders have been removed. Hard to track movement without the South Camera as a cornerstone.
