One nice thing about that is the view is much improved without the blinding glare off of all that snow!

On the other hand (there is always an "other hand"

According to the extended forecast, there is still the possibility of more snow and rain. We sorely need it. Both NM and CO are far below our average snow totals, which could portend a dangerous fire season. Late season snow in the high country is not unusual, though it tends to melt rather quickly as the daytime temperatures rise.
