Rodeo New Mexico

Unread postby Roger Hogan » Sun Mar 12, 2017 8:16 am

My bride and I went down to our get-a-way-hide-out = Mountain Valley Lodge in Rodeo New Mexico. No TV no cell phone service, always a nice break from the snow and cold. We spent 3 days driving around and getting some wildlife photos & a few drone practice flights.

Thanks Roger! Winter in NE Pa gets old fast and the wife and I needed that as it's not to far from our old stomping grounds (Pomerene,Az).

Nice shots, you appear to have the technique down for the new drone - it appears that there is an old right of way across the highway. Any idea of what RR it was?

It was the Phelps Dodge mining company railroad. Here is a link for more information: http://tucson.com/news/local/mine-tales ... a210b.html
