More post F Session work

Unread postby Joe Kanocz » Mon Aug 24, 2015 12:07 pm

Work is still happening at Cumbres. Today Bob and George were doing more wood working.

488 is getting a drink. Nice looking section house and train set I'd say :smiley24:

The new cistern hatch is built, painted and installed.

George has numbered and is cleaning trim for the porch posts. Next year replacements will be fabricated where needed.

Bob is cutting exterior trim boards. Once installed the scaffolding is coming down

This past week the pipes that supplied water from the spring to the section house were found. If anyone has information on how it was distributed or used, please let us know.

Btw, the work at Cumbres will be going on just about daily until late September. If you're interested in helping and likely learning a lot, call the Friend’s office in Albuquerque. They will get you set up and in touch with Bob.

Once again, THANK YOU for the updates and photos, Joe. Your efforts are appreciated, as are those of Bob and the "Top of the Hill Gang."
