- Finally the assembly starts with steps fitted to the rails and glued, the 5/16” threaded rods are inserted and washer with nut attached to each rod end; the toe boards are fitted, glued and slide into place. The final step is securing the nuts on the rods to tighten the assembly.

- Looking at the underside of the bottom step you see the two support rods traverse the lower step securing the step between the risers.
