Questions Answered.
Been asked a couple of times.
For my wildlife photos I use a Cannon 1dx Body with a Cannon 800mm lens. I am still hand holding this set up but YES it is getting harder to hold it. Holding and panning is getting more difficult every year. One of these days I am going to have to use a tripod.
