We've had many requests for more authentic and local lunch specialties at Osier Station. So, starting July 19, the C&TS is re-introducing some of our original menu offerings from about 25 years ago. Your delicious lunch options will now include:

Grilled Chicken, BBQ Pork, or Enchiladas

Served with Pinto Beans, Fingerling Potatoes, Corn Salad, Organic Green Salad, and Cornbread.

Desserts will include assorted Cobblers and Cinnamon Peaches.

We are excited to offer a menu more reflective of our railroad's history and to incorporate the regional specialties of Colorado and New Mexico! Our new menu offerings also include more vegetarian/vegan options to accommodate our many requests.
We can't wait for you to enjoy our new lunch offerings at Osier Station!
