The issue includes a comprehensive look at the varied historical mileposts and whistle boards along the C&TS that represent the many changes in style during the D&RGW era. It also includes photos, both current and historical, from the August charter trip for the Chili Line. Work sessions C, D and E are summarized along with the lastest work on Express Car 163 in Colorado Springs.

Awesome cover photo by the late Roger Hogan and its use in the Dispatch is a suitable tribute to him. Roger sure knew how to shoot the ROW and he was a big help to the Friends and its members in many ways.
