NOTE: If you get an error message that says, "You are not authorised to download this attachment, "(complete with the misspelled "authorized"), it's probably a browser problem. I'm on a Mac and Safari gives me that message. If I switch to Firefox, it downloads just fine. It's a bug that Jason Rose is trying to solve. It may also be an iPad issue, though I have no knowledge of a solution there. Sorry for the glitch!
