Solid article by Jim Gross about the railroad's whistle boards. I've been a member of the "C" work session MOW team for several years now but I see I still have a lot to learn about the historical underpinnings of our maintenance work on signs along the line. I'm looking forward to Jim's next installment. Copies of all the installments will definitely be going into my MOW binder for future reference.
