No rule for or against, Tom. Normally I would prefer you source your re-post. I always give credit to material that isn't mine. It's the right thing to do.
In this case, though, I was told that person removed their post under direction of the railroad staff. So, I pruned your post in an effort to keep feathers from being ruffled.
I didn't remove the entire post because that seemed senseless with the info already posted long before I saw it. Plus it was posted on the NGDF which is more heavily read than this forum. No use trying to contain info that was already out there.
Frankly, I wasn't sure how to handle the issue and did what I thought was right. No offense intended to anyone.
