This outage is related to the temporary fix that's in place due to the Depot Renovations at the start of the season. Two team members and replacement hardware are en route to Chama. With any luck, the cameras will be back on in a few hours. The plan is to put a better temporary fix in place on Monday and a permanent fix by mid-August.

I'd say that's pretty dang good considering most of the team members have real jobs and are hundreds of miles away.

I'd say the service is way better than "pretty dang good!" Bravo to all members of the support team!

Thank goodness we have members who care so much about our RR.
They go to great trouble to help us out.

Bad news. No cameras today and likely not tomorrow either. Joe tried, but the problem is more complex this time.

Steve will be on site Saturday for Round II of troubleshooting.

Jason,
When I stop and think about it - the cams and the sights and sounds that they bring really are amazing. Really appreciate the time and trouble of everybody else who makes this happen.
