4/7/14 Some "Tender" Moments in the Chama Yard

#15 was fired up this afternoon to shuttle and reconnect 487's tender to the locomotive. Appeared a backhoe was necessary to bust 487 loose. Meanwhile a section gang is doing tie work in the yard, looks like they are building a track panel.RR is starting to arise from its long winter' nap.
