I can't answer all of your questions. But, yes there are 2 "Pineapples." #19 has been there for decades. #15 is being leased from the Ashby family. It was at the Georgetown Loop when that family ran the operation and has been at the Colorado Railroad Museum since 2007.
The term "Pineapple" stems from the fact that both locomotives came from the Oahu Railway and Land Company on Hawaii.
