The rut has not started yet so I feel like I got lucky to get these guys. I had to spend sometime sitting in a bush until they got close enough. I used my HoochieMama to get their attention.

I get a dry cow elk every year for meat for the year. I am thinking this year I may get a dry doe for Jerky.
