Creepy! Not sure how I'd react if I saw a bunch of these guys roosting in my backyard. Magnificent in flight, but butt-ugly in the face. Still, they have an important role to play. As the song says, "All God's creatures have a voice in the choir...."

They do have a job to do and IMHO they do it well.
