Tank Car oil loading platform plans

Does anyone have plans or source with dimensions and pipe sizes for the oil loading platform used to load the oil tank cars?
I specifically went and took pictures and dimensions a couple of years ago. Now I can't find the dimensons and pipe sizes!!!! Aaargh!
Any help would be most appreciated.
