Sharon has the luxury of being able to spend hours away from the Chama cameras and returning to select and record the scenes she prefers from the full day capture. The rest of us are limited to a maximum of ten minutes before the code programmed to freeze our live action freezes. For that reason, I prefer posting live action video over individual screen captures that do not freeze. So enjoy the sounds and actions I find somewhat compelling. Sharon has blocked off the first two replies, thus with a bit of time this video will be shoved more toward the bottom of the forum topic. Not complaining so much as explaining.
The picture of the engine house has been included to give a bit of spatial perspective to the uploaded video

Action From The Camera Above Antonito C&TSR Rail-Yard
There have been several viewers suggesting that live cameras be installed at the Antonito C&TSR facility. Please understand that there is no objection to such an endeavor. However, it probably will not incur until the stars align, a viable broadband source is available, a reliable source of operating funds is secured, and the necessary capital requirements are in the bank to allow a proper installation with state of the art video equipment.
But don't despair. Do like many of us and make a dash to Roger's Chama Area Updates forum. There you will find a wealth of videos and photographs of C&TSR trains and facilities operation much as they did 100 years ago. I am convinced his train sounds are more impactful than any of my efforts. And the quality of his videos are far superior than any I might offer. You will find a full index of Roger's postings at this link:
