Just wondering when you will be back in paradise....I mean Chama? It is always great to see you waving from the train and providing 'on the ground' reports.

I will be back to my Home away from home, Chama and The Hotel and Shops, June 24th, for at least 4 weeks. I have seen quite a few waves from friendly train riders already this year. 3 and a half weeks seems like a long time to wait, but it will be worth it when I get there. I know more people in Chama than I do in my half million population home town where I have lived since 1960. Where else would someone drive all the way down to the depot to ask if you were upset with them because you forgot to wave to them up at the Post Office. :dspp:

Looking forward to some of your commentary regarding experiences riding the track from Chama to Antonito. Here is a bit of the Chama experience ten years ago that will whet your appetite.
