Antonito was busy with projects including the continuation of the passenger trucks construction, repairs on Caboose 0503 and 0579, completion of the tool annex on the CRF and repairs on Box Car 5774 and Stock Car 3159. Special added attraction, a guest appearance of Russ Hanscom as a master chef! That man can do ANYTHING!
Additionally, newly (and beautifully) restored Coach 292 was moved in the yard for display on Opening Day. As a 'before" and "after" example, Coach 256, the next in line for restoration, was moved out of the car storage facility.
Along with 262, the completed replica of the Tender for Locomotive 168 was spotted near the original tender.
