Goose 5 Departs Chama 7-17

The Goose 5 made a number of trips on its stay on the C&TS the end of July 2017. These photographs are a compilation of 2 different days, 7/27/17 when it left for the run to Antonito and 7/30/17 when it was leaving for a run up to Cumbres and back.

The goose has passed Jukes tree and is headed toward 1st crossing.

A happy fan waves to the goose and its passengers as the flagman does his job at the crossing.

Goose 5 comes out of the Narrows.

Flying the white flags for an extra movement, the goose takes the curve toward Lobato.

The goose approaches the crossing at Dalton as it heads up the hill.
