9/8/16 A quiet Thursday, nothing special

Well until the Advanced Student train, starting Sunday, it will probably be very quiet in Chama. The fall season does not start for a few weeks when passenger loads should pick up again.

"9/8/16 A quiet Thursday, nothing special"

Nothing special? Maybe in a relative sense. In a general sense, it's ALL special!! :smiley16:

It never ceases to amaze me how the C&T makes the absolutely extraordinary into an every day event. And they do it so well that it's very easy to take it for granted.

I'm not picking on you, Sharon. Just offering some perspective. Thanks for the photos! I can't watch all day like I once could and depend on you and Larry to capture it all.

Thanks Jason, "nothing special" was directed at trains not the entire environment. ;-)
