Any chance someone could do a redesign on page 1 of this form so you don't need a magnifying glass and a fine-tipped pen to fill in? Its not like there's a shortage of space on the page as half of it is blank. Something that looks.....professional.

Are you volunteering?
If you hold down the CTRL(COMD) key and use the scroll wheel on your mouse you will have all the magnifying glass you need.

Of course, it does work better if you print it out in landscape format. Next time, I will remember to do that.
