Roger Breeding and Jack Heiermann discuss the placement of a bolt for the hand rail on the roof of Cook Car 053 being restored in the Antonito Car Restoration Facility.

The hand rail has been reinstalled and blocks have been bolted to the lower section of the roof that will support the roof walk boards on Cook Car 053.
