locos at ash pit

2 locos are at the ash pit at 1:33 mdt time.
Are the workers preparing the locos for winter?
One tender is already detached and sitting in front of the oil storage tank near the coal loading dock.
Anyone have a time line as to the work on the locos?

As long as they are doing work out on the line, at least one loco will stay hot.
