Camera Viewing Suggestion

Unread postby Russ Wood » Tue Oct 23, 2012 4:00 pm

This is a repost of a message I posted elsewhere on this forum:

With the 'regular' season over, I have a suggestion. A couple of years ago my wife and I visited the Horseshoe Curve. When we arrived there was a stack of paper setting on the counter in the little museum there. On the paper was the 'schedule' of expected trains for the day showing possible consists and approx times. Since 'most' of us are so remote how about posting a 'possible' timetable of activities coming up. If there is a charter show the approx dates and times, etc,. Just a thought cause watching the cams is really a pleasure but seeing moving trains is even better! Russ

Thanks Russ. This is on my to-do list.

Posting a timetable is easy. But, I won't know about special moves (like tonight and last night). So, I'll need people in-the-know to update me so I can update the page.

Russ,

I have added a "Train Bulletin" to the page. It's modeled after the one at Cumbres.

Thoughts and suggestions for better accuracy are appreciated.
