#15 is out and about moving some cars in the yard. Moving a tank car by the coal chute

I just happened to look at the CDOT camera up on Cumbres, and what da ya know, there sits a tank car on the Antonito side of Hwy 17. I think I am seeing 15 on the South side of the engine house in Chama, so I have to assume that is 19 with the tank car. I guess we can also assume this proves the entire line is open end to end.
