463 is outside of the west stall of the house and we also have speeder action, so maybe 463 is headed to Antonito and will pickup the cars left a Cumbres by 488 yesterday and even take a few more from Chama??????? The loader is headed over to the coal dock. This means that 463 is probably going to power the charter on Saturday and 489 will stay in Antonito. The Question now is, how much time is left on 489's boiler before the 1472 has to be done. Could be enough to get it through the winter activities and then take it down in the spring. Maybe my imagination but 463's tender looks like it has a fresh paint job.

Looks like 463 has backed down onto the remaining passenger cars staged at the depot. My thought is that 489 will power the charter tomorrow and 463 winter over in Antonito instead. 463 with a 5 car consist leaves Chama. Sharon, I don't think her tender has been relettered. It looks the same to me.

Just watched the departure of the 463 and its train and some lucky folks were riding in the parlor.

I guess if the 463 will be on a charter it might have been given a bit of a cleaning in preparation for that event,while in the engine house.
