Posted: Wed Jul 17, 2019 8:19 amWell, turns out a false alarm for a double header as 488 is coupled to the 8 coach train and 489 is outside the house with most likely the ballast hoppers.

It's so great that we have a real operating railroad; the ash pit fills up and we take it out in working, vintage rolling stock behind a beautiful steam locomotive and (presumably) deposit it somewhere useful along the right of way. Nice!
