Morning preparations: As the day opens, there are 9 cars stages so would be another double header.

The hostler has pulled down the spout as he fills the cistern of 489 as 484 comes over the pit

The 489 backs down toward the coal dock lead as looks like one of the road crew is assisting this morning with hostling on 484

The 489 is now parked awaiting its road crew as 484 gets coal. Though with all that steam rising from the cab of 489, I would say there is at least one road crew member on cleaning the cab.

The 489 has now shoved the 9th car onto the train and 484 is waiting to couple on

Train 216 departs Chama:

The 489 has pulled the 9 car train into loading position as 484 waits. As you look at that RGS stockcar behind the parlor, the Friends in the recent Antonito session built 2 period accurate doors to put on it.

The steam has cleared on the south cam as we look back at the train but the north cam all we have is the open firebox of 489
