Late in the afternoon, three people cross over the track to the C&TSR water storage tank, and at 4:46:43 PM, MST, two intruders climb to the top of the access ladder. Unable to open the entry hatch in the roof, they descend the ladder and quickly leave. One visitor wears a bright red jacket. The interlopers planned out this adventure. Nine vehicles could be seen leaving the back of the Engine House ten minutes before they made their move.
