Morning preparations:
Just got a report from John Cole that Cumbres Pass had 3 - 4 inches of snow last night. Right now the CDoT cam is acting up but will try to post shot as soon as it gives me a current one. Going to make for a nice ride today. It ironic that the Goose has a plow, they may very well need it going up the hill first this morning.
Currently the Cumbres CDoT cam is showing images takes at 0513 this morning MDT which is 2 hours+ old.
I was asked if I had seen any locomotives taking sand at the sand house and it was early last week I think. This morning they are sanding 488 at the house.
