Its the bare lower arm that gives it away. Tracy is the only locomotive crewman who does not ware long sleeves

489 is back out, so maybe on tomorrow's 216. We won't know until 215 gets in whether they are still swapping locomotives at Osier.
Just noticed that the railroad is staging ballast at Cumbres for track work.
