Wheelsets on the trailer.

The wheelsets on the trailer are from a Gramps tank car in Antonito, 4 to be turned, 4 to have new wheels pressed on. We were amazed to find these 8 wheelsets weighed around 15,500 lbs, being considerably heavier than anticipated.

Um, Doug I think someone stole one of the wheel sets.

Look on top of the third wheelset from the rear, they ran out of space and had to load it sideways on the third axle. 8 total.

I just figured Doug took a set home to curl in his spare time. After all, he is a Marine. :smiley16:

I think I'll go with Jason's reply, It's just cooler than the straight facts.
