Appears we have someone who is enjoying and photographing the newly painted water tank! Van is parked by rotary and walking tour underway.

You may also notice that one of the motor cars, which was parked on the lead to the coaling tower, is gone. It headed out to the east. It left around 9:00 and hasn't returned yet. Wonder how far they can get?
