Anybody know how they pulled the flat car out of the roundhouse with the 488 parts on it (I think that is when they must have done it) this morning?

It was, I watched them do it. Then the loader went inside the round house several times coming out with its bucket full of stuff it took down to the swamp.

Addendum on 487:
487 was working ballast trains out of Antonito today. The Antonito car crew is working on servicing a set of coaches to have available to move back to Chama.

With this, 487 will remain in Antonito until this is done. The good year passenger wise must have put a lot of wear on the coaches. I remember last winter the last 215 basically remained in Chama all winter. Coaches on the depot house track and café, tourist and parlor in south yard. I think right now there maybe 2 or 3 flat roofed coaches in Chama.
