Had to post this. Sure the 315 is hot and in front of the west stall vs 463. If it goes will have to rely on Larry's video for I have to be out of the house by 9:30.

484 now at coal dock. What I thought was 484 coming out of the shop this morning, they may have pulled 315 out - couldn't see that in the darkness.



484 fueled and watered, now we await to see the day's activity.



Once again 484 heads out of town light - another day of work train duty most likely.

Leaves a smoke filled yard behind.

I have the cams up on Mt tablet. Some look at Antonito and confirm that we are see a headlight. Could be 19 going out.

Can't post grabs from my tablet but the hot locomotive has gone to the south side of the house.

They just fired up 15.



Well, 15 went down south yard 2, as counted from the main, and came out far enough to be seen with a box car and the second green coach, sat a bit, then shoved the whole thing back into yard 2 and has now come out without anything. Now he is running down the yard bypass track. Has now come into the south side of the house. Looks like he is shoving a locomotive into the east stall, 315??. Hard to tell things behind the trees, now looks like he pushed this loco forward but only slightly since its tender can still be seen. I am almost certain that the hot locomotive is 463. Now 15 is back where it started and shut down.

What was left of the visible ballast pile at Cumbres is now gone.

I can't do a capture where I am, but 484 returned with caboose. (will post captures when I get home).

Deer watch as 484 approaches with caboose.



The deer quickly scatter as 484 goes by the tipple.

Maybe they are done with the ballast.

As the sun sets we have two hot locomotives in front of the shop. We'll see what tomorrow brings, but likely some more activity. Who said this is off season?? We'll enjoy it as long as it lasts, for sure.
