Chama is quiet with 7 cars by the depot and up on Cumbres there are 3 ballast hoppers parked.

For those wondering, they did a lot of switching in the South yard after 215 was turned. At one point they came up and removed the box car that was on the track where the Friends work cars often are. Likely, as Sharon mentioned the other day, clearing that track for tender storage for the winter. Will have the move on video in a bit.

Train 216 Departure
Train 215 arrives, a deer crossed the tracks as the train enters the yard. After turning the wye, they spent about 45 minutes switching in the South yard, before coming up to get the box car and move that back to the South yard as well. Getting the yard ready for winter storage, as I don't believe there are any after season charters this year.
