Quiet for now in the yard, with two locomotives simmering away awaiting action. Looks like lots of cattle on the La Manga cam this morning too.

I crossed La Manga 4 times while I was there and cows were always around between Cumbres and there. On one trip, when I was driving, I was stopped twice by cows on the road and on the other three, 2 of those on the bus, we has to slow down to make sure some calf would not do something stupid.

Well they sent out the correct locomotive since 484 is the only one now with a "cow catcher". Hate to think if the snow plows on 487 or 489 hit a cow. :-?
