463 got a load of coal at 10:40 AM then went back in front of the shop, not sure if this is to go out later or perhaps movie related for the upcoming shoot.

Well, I would not expect 463 to do the sunset train tonight so don't know if it may go back to Antonito tomorrow. My understanding from talking to people around here is the movie shot in Chama is not until the middle of August.

Greetings Larry,
I caught 215 almost making it into the 3pm CDOT cam image. You can see the steam cloud in the center of the photo. The CDOT image was taken about 30 seconds too soon. :-| (Couldn't get it on the forum until I got home.) Love the views of "Lake Chama", particularly since we haven't seen anything like that here in S. California for awhile.

Robert, sorry I didn't notice your post sooner. Getting a capture at Cumbres is pretty rare with the angle the camera is set at.
Thanks for joining in!!! Welcome aboard!! Larry

Here's the videos of the day ---

Train 216 departs with 489 leading.

Quite a rain shower in the yard this afternoon, I actually had my own t-storms here that knocked out a bit of power - oh well, it's that time of year!!

After 215 turns at the wye, 484 takes 2 of the coaches and puts in the South yard, while 487 takes over the remainder of the train for the evening's run.

Dinner train returns after dark
