An observant viewer noticed someone set something (rocks?) on the sandpit posts that spells out "Tim."
Come on, Tim. Fess up. Who are you?

Could they be some TimBits left behind?

So Jason got my curiosity up, and I had to go look -- on 5/29 in the morning here is the culprit!
Now we really need to know the back story so fess up!!!! (And thanks to whoever noticed it, I sure didn't until it was pointed out!).

Plus Jerry Day was over and in the yard. Maybe he could be doing that!

Good catch guys! I never noticed that and I certainly don't need any more notoriety.

I just found out about the web cams on the FCT site and it was about my third day watching them when I saw the guy on the sand pit wall. I thought he was just taking pictures, but them he put these little yellow things on the top of the pilings and left. It wasn't until two days later that I realized they formed letters. Not knowing about the forums, I sent an email to the address on the FCT page and got an answer back thanking me and mentioning the forums. So, here I am. Maybe someday I'll have enough vacation to come back there (from Southern California) and pitch in on a Workday. Rob

Another name to throw into the hat is William Diehl as he was there too. Plus he likes blue denim!

What he's placing on the posts sort of look like spikes.

With that gold/tan color, it maybe spikes or wood. We need Popeye to go over and get a close up for us. How about it Doug?

Nothing lasts forever, looks like Tim lost his "T" today!

I know the "T" wasn't there long enough to be designated as a National Historic Landmark by the United States National Park Service, but that person kinda messed up.
