For what it's worth, I'm not a social-media guy and I don't have a Facebook account. But, I do use Twitter a bit because it's far less invasive.

Man you guys are more tech savie then I am. I have Facebook and do occasional texting but that's it, no twitter or Instagram. Maybe I should set them up, but really don't use my cell all that much and usually check it several time a day otherwise it is either at the bottom of my purse or in my bedroom on the charger.

Sharon, if you set up a Twitter account please feel free to re-post Tweets on Facebook. You can also "like" postings to the Friends Facebook page.

The idea is for everyone to help spread the word about the Friends. In essence, we're all in the Marketing & Recruiting Department.

Jason, I have no idea even how to do it and the way I use my cell phone don't think it would be of much use.

Twitter is something you can do on computers, not just smartphones/cellphones. I have to monitor Twiitterfor work, and I use PC for that. Also a Mac at home for that purpose. AFAIK there's no app for a computer. I just go to the Twitter.com website.
